Precisely makes sense! Our internal recommendations for PVCS do the whole
branch at a single file thing, and makes for a horrible amount of tracking
maintenance. (Actually, they do worse, they sometimes branch and sometimes
don't depending on if the file has anything after it. UGH!). I'm going to
be working hard over the next few weeks to try to get them to both switch
to CVS and switch to the whole-project (or at least whole module) branching
model.
