I'm getting a little desperate. I'm trying to run CVS in local mode on Win98 2nd Ed. Does anyone know if this works? I keep getting errors about CVS performing "an illegal instruction." I've used version 1.10, 1.10.5, 1.10.8. I even compiled 1.10.8 on my machine. The error comes about 70% of the time and not always on the same command. "release -d" often causes the failure. Please, does anyone know if this works at all?
