Look in the WinCVS 1.1/Macros directory and read DocMacros.txt as well as
the source of the .tcl macros there. I found these files pretty
self-explanatory and easy to follow. The biggest pain about macros is that
you can't do any user interaction. Thus, to the best of my knowledge, the
answer to your second question is "No".
