The company procedures here have the CM personnel check out the entire development tree (old build), copy the new files over the old (in the workspace), and then commit the changes (new build) and rtag. The problem is that lock files are set up in every directory in the tree inhibiting the commit. Have I missed something in the documentation on removing locks or do they really have to be removed by hand from each directory (i.e., will I be writing my own script for this)?
