bugs-cvs, as given in the INSTALL file, bounces, and www.cvshome.com
doesn't reveal any other better place to send this, so I'm sending it here
in the hope that a maintainer will see it (and also correct the address in
the INSTALL file).
make check passes on all of the modifications noted below. make check
fails perms-5 on Tru64 4.0F using gcc 2.95.1 and AFS; I've not
investigated why.
