SourceForge setup v1.2 released

SFSetup v1.2 is now available for download. It has bug
fixes and support for WinCVS 1.1.x (sorry to all those
who have had to wait a long time for it - i've been
really busy recently). 

SFSetup automatically sets up CVS and SSH on Windows
platforms. It's written by Michael Hearn
