I think he's talking about MKS Source Integrity, which is one of the
most wretched, awful, kludged, hideous evil source code control systems
to ever walk the planet. Of course it shines when compared to Visual
Source Safe, which is what MKS feeds on when it's hungry. :-)
I think *you're* talking about MKS Toolkit, which is inferior to cygwin,
as you state. But fortunately it's not as ugly as its source code
control cousin.
