It looks like 'org', 'hla' and 'EDU' were not checked out correctly. Each
of those directories is a valid CVS directory, but the 'RW' directory has
no knowledge of them. If all the code is up to date, try removing these
directories and then update them again from RW:
cvs update -d org hla EDU
