The file has been removed from the CVS repository (CVS moves the file to the
Attic and sets the state to dead), but your CVS client notices that you
still have this file in your working tree; your CVS will then also remove it
from your working tree so that the set of files that you have will match the
set of files that are still "active" on the server (barring any sticky tags
which may resurrect dead files that were previously "active.")
