To check in binary files, we need to explicitly state -kb when ci the files.
But if I had binary files all over my directory structure, it'd be
very troublesome to check in individual bin files with the option.
Does cvs have an autodetect feature that checks in ascii files as per
normal, and turns the switch on for non-text files?
