I believe you were looking for [EMAIL PROTECTED]  That's where these types
of questions usually get answered.

Anyhow, it sounds like your server is misconfigured.  You'll have to read
the docs specific to the NT server.  You should be able to download them
from http://www.cvsnt.org .  For more general information, try the CVS
manual at http://www.CVSHome.org/docs/manual/index.html , especially the
section on "Remote repositories".
