Help with re-creating repository

I have a Linux machine that has both source files (web sites) and the CVS
server. I have done a new install of Linux on a new hard drive, and want to
move the existing CVS server repository and the source files over to the new
drive. Any ideas on this? Do I simply make sure the CVS RPMs are installed
and copy the files over using cp? Thanks.
