Hello,

I've recently downloaded linux glibc 2.1.
I am trying to install CVS, This is where I stand:

Step 1) I have created the Master Source Repository -- $ cvs init

Step 2) putting sources/documentation in CVS Control

This is where the problem resides...
The directions say to enter the command

   $ cvs import -m "test distribution" ccvs CVS_DIST CVS-TEST

I watched text fly all over the screen. After some time, I went
ahead and CTRL-C'd the command. I checked out the directory structure and
it looked something like this:

src/
src/master/
src/master/ccvs
src/master/ccvs/ccvs
src/master/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs
src/master/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs
src/master/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs
src/master/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs
                .
                . [~Gazillion files...]
                .
src/master/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/
ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs
                .
                . [~Gazillion files...]
                .
src/master/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs
src/master/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/
src/master/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs
src/master/ccvs/ccvs/ccvs
src/master/ccvs/ccvs
src/master/ccvs
                .
                .
                .
        CVROOT

What should i do ?

Thanking you
vinay
