These two files have been committed to the repository by someone
else. You are attempting to do a cvs update. cvs sees that
these two files exist, yet are not maintained by your sandbox, and it needs
to add them. This is a safety feature. To prevent accidental
overwrite. Move these two files out of the way and redo your update.
