Well, right now Sourceforge seems overloaded, and I'm not sure that
putting even more projects on it is a good idea.
The other disadvantage with Sourceforge, to me, is that it is
necessary for the developers to use ssh, and AFAICT that is not
an option with a Macintosh client. That's why I got my own
very-low-end Linux box to host my own repository on. Works
very nicely, and didn't cost much. I already had the Ethernet
setup in my home office.
(Note: this is in reference to my activities outside of work;
CES does run a much more professional shop than I do at home.)
