Yep, it does - displays all revisions/branches of a file graphically,
and as you click on a revision's icon, its commit comments appear in a
box at the top of the window. It also lets you select any two
revisions (left click, right click) and view a colorized diff (uses
tkdiff); (also has a really cool colorized "annotate" output too!).
