cvs-1.11 server with cvs 1.10.7 client gives the same
problem.

cvs-1.10.7 server with cvs-1.11 client seems to solve
the problem.

cvs-1.11 server with cvs-1.11 is also happy.

I think I am going to use the cvs-1.11 client from now
on - I wish I could have control on the CVS server so
that I could upgrade that also.

Is it okay to use a newer version of CVS client with
an older version of a server

Thanks

Shubho
