Tag not logged.

Hi ppl !

I'v stumbled upon some weird thing. When I tag some file with 'tag -b'
it doesn't get logged into history file, is it the way things should be ?
Btw, rtag is logged into history. I use CVS 1.10.7 on Solaris 7.
Maybe I missed smth in configuration or options ?
