Thanks for getting back to me.. When I run set HOME is set to my login "path" so I went ahead and unset it and then ran the command with still the same error... Any other suggestions or comments? I may be doing it wrong and if so please advise..

Most likely your server has $HOME set to "". It should not be set at
all.
