pserver is part of cvs, not a separate executable. If you do ``cvs
--help-commands'', you should see ``pserver'' in the list. If not,
configure was unable to find the networking functions that are needed to
support it -- let us know what platform you're on and send the output
from running configure if you want help figuring out why not.
