CVS pserver

I'm new to this and am attempting to set up a pserver on a linux box which will service multiple windows machines running wincvs.   I have thus far installed cvs and created a repository.  I'm not sure how to actually get pserver listening on the port I'm using.  Any help on what command line needs to be added to what file would be greatly appreciated.    From reading I found that the line goes to the inetd.conf file but I can't find it on RH7.0.   Thanks   Charles
