Not when you don't give us *any* into at all to work with! At the very
least, you should tell us the version(s) of CVS you're using, the
platform(s) you're using, whether you have a local repository or are
using client/server, what connection method you're using if you are
using client/server, the exact command you try, and the exact response
you get.
