A removed file is supposed to be in the Attic, but for some reason that
one isn't. The current development version of CVS handles this case,
but you can work around the problem by manually moving the repository
file from /usr/local/apps/cvsroot/ceapat/install/catalogo/webapp/ to
/usr/local/apps/cvsroot/ceapat/install/catalogo/webapp/Attic/.
