Hello,

cvsauth is an authentication daemon for the CVS pserver method.
It supports pserver and ssl "sserver" connects


CHANGES

-   fixed security related bug.
    Even if AllowLocal=false, it was set to true!

-   added new config option
    allowPasswd=(true/false)

    whether systempassworts are supported.
