Lots.  First, you'll almost certainly run into permission problems
caused by the incompatible filesystem semantics of Unix-like systems
like Linux and MS-DOS/Windows systems.  Secondly, there have been many
reports of repository corruption caused by subtle bugs in network
filesystem code.  You are strongly advised to set up a client/server CVS
