multisite cvs

Hello, I am currently weighing up the clearcase vs cvs issue for a small
project thats been developed in two different sites. I was wondering if
anyone out there has previous experience with such a project using cvs,
and what are the longterm problems involved with cvs in a multisite
enviroment.
