Re-add the file and CVS will tell you it's resurrecting the file. See
section 7.2 in the Cederqvist manual.

I have accidently marked a file for removal. Is it possible to unremove it?
Or do I have to complete the remove via a commit and re-add the file? I am
concerned about losing my revisions.
