Hello,
You can look at your CVS project by specifying a date flag:
cvs -Q co -d mysandbox -D "yyyy-mm-dd 14:00 GMT"
The date you specify can be flexible as well, such as "15 Jan 2000". This
will checkout the project the way it looked on midnight of Jan 19 2000, so
be careful. Please check the documentation for other acceptable syntax.
Remember to always use tags to record baselines in your development work.
Thanks,
Manish

Subject: I have never tagged my code, now I need an old version.
Hello,
I am part of a program writing group. We are using CVS. Unfortunately I have
never tagged any of my files at any time. Now I really need some old
versions of my code. Is there any method to checkout an old version without
having tagged them??
Thanx,
Tomtom
