Yes, that was my problem. I had created a branch with a name, people
checked out and later the branch name was not the right name for the
end result of this branch.
KHM> cvs rtag -r old-name-0-4 rel-0-4 tc
KHM> cvs rtag -d old-name-0-4 tc
