We have a little problem: a user has
created (with cvs add) a binary file
without the -kb option. How this can
be corrected now?

P.S. The file has been initially added
(cvs add) on a branch, and thereafter
the branch has been merged with the main
trunk, and that's when he realized the
absence of the -kb option... (I'm providing
these details in case they make any difference
to the whole matter)
