I have done some more investigation and found out that the cvs-program,
which came with WinCVS isn't quite compatible with other cvs-programs - it
seems to contain some errors - when you are using a mixed enviroment.
I can't replace the cvs.exe which WinCVS use by another due to some changes
made by the WinCVS team to cvs.exe ( invalid option -- c ??)
any suggestions ?
