I noticed that the cvs.exe (1.11) included in WinCVS (1.2) acts differently then the cvs executable (1.10.5) on our Linux server with respect to the checkout command using modules defined in the CVSROOT/modules file.
Is my observation correct? If so, why do they act differently? Does this have to do with the different version numbers or with with the different platform?
