Tripwire can tell whether a file is modified or not, and it can also check
that an append-only file is only beeing appended to (thus, in the README I
encourage people to put $CVSROOT/CVSROOT/history under tripwire control) -
but it cannot, as far as I know, check that a rcs-files grows "naturally".
Correct me if I'm wrong?

Sorry - I realize it was most unpolite of me. I might change the name in
future releases. Tripwire have certainly given me some inspiration.
