There's a bug in 1.11.1p1 such that it doesn't create your ~/.cvspass
file the first time you do a login.  Simply touch the file (or create it
any other way you like) and it will work fine.  You might want to figure
out why your home directory is /, though.  (If you're trying to run CVS
as root, don't!)
