Hi - We've been having a problem with CVS 1.11 on Redhat Linux 7.1, kernel patch 2.4.9-6 in conjunction with ncpmount 2.2.0. I can checkout a CVS project just fine on a normal NFS mounted directory. However, when I try to check out a project on an ncpfs mounted directory, I receive the following error message:
cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot rename file CVS/Entries.Backup to CVS/Entries: Permission denied Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing this problem? We recently upgraded the kernel due to the ptrace security problem, and suspect this may be related. The problem seems to have appeared at around the same time. -- Mike Tie [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ Info-cvs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/info-cvs
