All my tests show, that when I do commit, "notify' file does not get executed. "notify" file located in the CVSROOT subdirectory and all changes to that file I always commit before testing commit of my file MGT.conf. Do you know any problem with implementing notify? Or may be I have to know something beside what I can get from the book or from online documentation. As far as I can see both are the same.
