This is actually in the FAQ at www.cvshome.com . From the top of
your sandbox,
$ cvs admin -ndev0-11:dev1-00
$ cvs tag -d dev1-00
You might want to cvs status a few files to make sure the dev0-11 is
there before you delete dev1-00.
