Hi Jeanie, This might not be what is causing your problems but when I was setting up watches on out site it turned out that the version of unix mail we have doesn't support -s "Subject".
Try using "ALL mail %s" to see if it works. If so then you might try to get your hands on another version of mail (e.g. mailx supports -s "Subject").
