Hi all CVS Users, today we had a real problem. A user removed a branch (including the TAG) with wincvs while doing a "cvs checkout". The TAG and Brach is gone from the cvs repository and I can't believe it. Did any body had a simular problem ? Here is my setup :
We use CVS version 1.10p15 on LINUX. The bad user used wincvs. He is now owner from all files. He is in the CVSROOT/readers file (so he has only read access). All our users are in the UNIX group "cvs". All directory's have the group "s" bit set. Any comment or help is welcome.
