Hi Eric,

this was also my first intension to do, but this create a new branch and
didn't recognize that there is still a exiting branch (without a label).
In the file,v file is after this operation a tag in the symbols section
with                   "   R20011113-patch:1.4.0.4"
the right one would be "   R20011113-patch:1.4.0.2"
