Interesting. I sent <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> a complaint after their last SPAM to the list. (They spammed several of my personal mailboxes too.) At least now we know more about what they're up to..... You wouldn't think one of the largest, most successful, and most widely known online stores would have to resort to these kinds of extremely sleazy marketing tricks. They sure won't ever get any of my business, probably not even through Egghead/Onsale any more either. (Not that I ever would have used their services except as a last resort anyway.... for many other reasons, not the least of which that I'd rather buy Canadian....) > Your new communication preferences are: > > > You don't want to receive any marketing mailings from Amazon.com or trusted partners > > You don't wish to be shown Instant Order Updates while you shop. > > If you want to change your communication preferences again, please visit > our site using your personalized link below: > http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/communication-preferences/ Personalised? :-) Please don't anyone go and change "our" preferences again though.... :-( > or through Your Account: > http://www.amazon.com/your-account Anyone want to put something on the info-cvs tab? :-) I wonder who gets the bill..... -- Greg A.
