Hi, I've been wrestling with this for some time, and I'm by no means a linux expert so I thought I'd hit the list for help - this is my setup;
I have a cvs server on an internal network at work. Our firewall accepts port 22 ssh connections to the cvs machine's external ip, and forwards them. Currently everyone inside accesses the cvs server through the pserver method, which is fine for my internal use purposes. But I want to also allow developers to connect to the server from home, through ssh. I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure it out and it's defying me. I'm hoping it's something as simple as correct port forwarding or something, but I'm not quite sure where to look. Any help would be enormously appreciated... cheers, Toby --------------------------------------- Life is poetry - write it in your own words. --------------------------------------- Toby Tremayne Senior Technical Consultant Code Poet and Zen Master of the Heavy Sleep Lyricist Software www.lyricist.com.au 0416 048 090 ICQ: 13107913 _______________________________________________ Info-cvs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/info-cvs
