Hi Jeanie,

Either OpenSSH via Cygwin ( http://www.cygwin.org ) or SSH Communications
SSH Client for Windows ( make sure the command-line stuff is
selected in the installed - http://www.ssh.com ).

I'm sure there are more, but I've had success with these two
in the past.
