I report all spam through SpamCop. I'm fairly certain other list members do so as well. It's just a good idea.
As to list membership, all they need to do is have one member that can read the group, harvest names, then use those names to post, or just go through an automated process to subscribe before each spam. Its all handled via email, but it would be a terrible overhead. These are the obvious ideas. I'm sure spammy has some more of his own. ...Ken Stuart Donaldson wrote: > > Is there anything else that can be done about the spam problem on info-cvs? > > Is the list setup to only accept posts from people belonging to the list? > > This is really getting rediculous... > > Stuart Donaldson > Alerton Technologies Inc. > > _______________________________________________ > Info-cvs mailing list > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/info-cvs _______________________________________________ Info-cvs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/info-cvs
