Don't know whether this is occurs in the latest 1.11, but I see the following behavior in 1.10.6: if some of the files specified in a ``cvs add'' are already known to CVS, it finishes with a failed termination status, even though it successfully adds the remaining files. This should probably be a successful termination, since nothing wrong happened, and the postcondition is true: all files mentioned on the command line are now known to CVS. :)
