Matthias, I am new to CVS myself. As far as I know there is no way to browse the repository from the WinCVS client. However, there are a few workarounds:
1. You can check out "." to get the whole repository. (A way to get every file even if you do not know its module name) 2. The open source project "SharpDevelop" has a built-in CVS client "NCvs" which can browse the repository. (http://www.icsharpcode.net). 3. There are two web-based repository viewers, called ViewCVS and CVSWeb. ViewCVS is the more advanced one. (available on SourceForge).
