Hi,
When I use "cvs edit
foo.c" to notify the cvs system that I'm changing the file, I can undo that
change by calling "cvs unedit foo.c" OR by calling "cvs update -C
foo.c".
Both solutions
revert the changes however "update -C" creates a backup of the changes (a .#
file) while the "unedit" command does not.
Is this normal CVS
behaviour or can I change a setting such that "cvs unedit" will also create
backup files for the user ?
thanks,
Piet
