I have a Shell account at my ISP where I have the latest version of CVS. I'm assuming that there is not a process that needs to be started. I have the wincvs client as detailed in the following doc. http://www.devguy.com/fp/cfgmgmt/cvs/cvs_ssh.htm
I get the following responce in the wincvw dialog when trying to create a repository. cvs init: warning: unrecognized responce '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'s password: I have the correct shell password and user and to furhter uncomplicate things I have the clear text passwd file in /cvs/CVSROOT with the same user name and password as the shell account. I'm not sure where to go from here. I know the server accepts ssh because I'm using a ssh terminal to connect as well and have used plink to connect as well. ===== Jerry Hancock -- Software Engineer301 S 400 E American Fork, UT [EMAIL PROTECTED]@yahoo.comwww.flowerpatch.com __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
