I would like to thank Noel for his help.
But the command "cvs unedit -e" does not seem to work here :-(
And I have not be able to find any patch ...

I have found another solution just deleting the line I want inside the file
"fileattr" in the
directory CVS of the repository.
I hope this is a good solution.
Since it was working on my test repository I applied it on the production
repository.
