Hi,
We have a standard template (CVS/Template) that captures comments whenever users commit.
One of our users, is not getting the template displayed, and he has to enter all the information manually.
I verified the contents of file CVS/Template in his checked-out directory, and the file looks okay with all proper information.
Does anyone know what could be the cause.
